frequently asked questions:
Q: DO YOU HAVE A LIST OF PREFERRED VENDORS TO USE?
A: we sure do! from wedding coordinators to photographers and caterers, we have worked with some of the best companies in the industry and would be happy to share their information with you!
Q: WHAT MAKES YOUR WORK DIFFERENT FROM OTHER FLORAL DESIGNERS?
A: we specialize in weddings and events only, which allows us more time to pay attention to the details for your event. we will arrive early, pin on all of the boutonnieres/corsages, set-up all of your decor, make sure every last detail is set perfectly, and if you need it, we will return when the event is over to tear-down.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: yes! we require a $300 deposit to secure your date. the remaining balance is due two weeks before your wedding date. we are booking 2 years out, so if you are interested in using save the date florida as your floral designer request a quote today.
Q: Do you have a budget minimum?
A: yes. our minimum budget for weddings is $3500.
Q: what is included in your delivery fee?
A: we offer two options for delivery/set-up. our first option is $150. that includes bouquet delivery to the bride’s getting ready location, delivery and set-up of all ceremony and reception decor. You would be responsible for tearing down and returning any rental items at the end of the event. Our second option is $350. it includes all of the above, but we will also return when your event is over to retrieve any rentals.
Q: how much should I expect to spend on my wedding flowers?
A: i have found that on average brides spend 11-12% of their total budget on flowers/decor. If you want more elaborate florals or premium flowers such as peonies or anemones you could expect to pay more.
Q: how do you deal with a destination bride?
A: being that I live in florida, I get a lot of brides who are planning their wedding from afar. I try my best to accommodate that by communicating through zoom/facetime, e-mails and phone calls. I will also make recommendations for other vendors to help in the process.
