If I give you a picture of a bouquet and/or arrangement that I like can you recreate it?

We will do our best to match a picture you like. Some flowers are hard to get or are not in season, but we will make suggestions for flower supplements.

Do you charge a delivery fee?

Our typical delivery fee is $100 for the greater Tampa Bay and surrounding areas (Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco counties). We will bring the bouquets/bouts to the Bride's getting ready location, and will set up all ceremony and reception flowers included in this fee.

How far in advance do I need to secure your services? What is the deposit required to secure my date?

The sooner the better. We book out over a year in advance, but give us a call to make sure. We require a $300 deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your wedding date.

Will you provide me with an itemized list of all the elements we've discussed, along with prices?

Yes, once we communicate either by consultation, phone, or e-mail, and I have a good idea of what you are looking for, I will create a formal quote that has each thing you need itemized with a description and price.

Who will handle setup and delivery? What about breakdown? How long will you need for both, and what are the fees?

We will deliver and set up all of the ceremony and reception flowers included our basic delivery fee. We will return to pick up any rental items for an additional $150 fee; otherwise, we can leave all of the boxes, so the rental items can be returned to us within two weeks of the wedding. We do our best to work within the timeline that the venue offers for set up time, and we have already established good relationships with many of the venues in the area.
